Editorial Workflow
1. As Editor-in-Chief, you forward manuscripts to the appropriate Section Editor (usually an Associate Editor).
2. As Section Editor, you appoint at least three independent reviewers, ideally including one member of the Editorial Board.
3. Once reviewer feedback is submitted, you either recommend a decision to the Editor-in-Chief or initiate a dialogue among reviewers and editors.
