Dr. Haifeng Deng is the Chairman of the faculty council and tenured professor of Law School, Tsinghua University, China. He is also the director and doctoral supervisor of the Center for Environmental, Natural Resources & Energy Law of Tsinghua University. His research is focusing on the environmental law, nature resource law and energy law. At the same time, he also does some public service to the legal research societies. Now, he is the vice director of Beijing law research society, the standing director of China environmental law research society, the vice Chairman of the Environmental Law Committee, Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences and the expert of the legislation on Chinese Climate Change Arrangement Law. He is a winner of the China Delta Environmental Law Young Scholar Award and the Chinese Law Outstanding Achievement Award.
