Dukiya, J.J. is a holder of BURP from the University of Nigeria in 1992; M.Tech. and Ph.D in Remote Sensing Applications from the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Nigeria. A member of the Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (MITP), member Chartered Institute of Logistic and Transportation Nigeria (MCILTn) He is the pioneer head of the Department of Transport Management Technology (TMT) and Deputy Dean of the School of Management and Entrepreneurship Technology (2009-2017). A former head of the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, School of Environmental Technology (SET), and former Director of Centre for Disaster Risk Management and Development Studies, Federal University of Technology, Minna, Nigeria (2016 – 2023). Current Dean of the Faculty of Environmental Science, Confluence University of Science and Technology, Osara, Kogi State, Nigeria. He is a resource person to the Nigeria Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Federal Road Safety Corps, among others. A reviewer of many national and international journal outfits, an external examiner to many universities including Indian University of Technology. He has many peer reviewed journal publications to his credit at national and international level, and has attended many international conferences, and a Google scholar.

Dr. Amir Ahmad Dar is a distinguished academic and researcher currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Statistics and Data Science at Lovely Professional University, Punjab, India. Born on March 11, 1993, in Pahoo Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir, he has made significant contributions in the domains of statistics, financial mathematics, actuarial science, and data analytics. Dr. Dar's academic journey began at the Islamic University of Science and Technology, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Actuarial and Financial Mathematics in 2014. He further advanced his education at B.S. Abdur Rahman University in Chennai, completing his MSc and PhD in Actuarial Science by 2021. His doctoral work laid a strong foundation in financial risk modeling, design of experiments, and financial derivatives, areas that would later define his research and teaching career. Over the years, Dr. Dar has built an impressive academic portfolio, marked by more than 40 peer-reviewed journal publications and numerous conference papers. His research spans a wide range of topics including option pricing models, machine learning applications in finance, climate change, risk analysis, CO₂ emissions forecasting, and the application of statistical tools like the Taguchi method. His innovative use of design of experiments (DOE) techniques in financial modeling has garnered recognition in several reputed journals. Dr. Dar has contributed extensively to academia not just through research but also by authoring and editing several books. His notable publications include "Integrative Approaches to Quality, Data Analysis, and Interdisciplinary Research", "Advances in Statistical Modeling and Financial Machine Learning", and "Mastering Statistics from Fundamentals to Experimental Design". Many of his book chapters published by IGI Global and Springer address emerging challenges in data science, artificial intelligence, and financial analytics. In addition to his academic pursuits, Dr. Dar has earned professional certifications from top global institutions such as Stanford University, Yale University, and Duke University, in areas including behavioral finance, financial markets, and statistical analysis. He is also a member of the Institute of Actuaries of India and an active reviewer for several prestigious journals including Soft Computing, Computational Economics, and the Journal of Global Entrepreneurship Research. Dr. Dar has taught a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate courses such as Financial Mathematics, Business Statistics, and Actuarial Mathematics, integrating practical and research-based approaches in his teaching. His passion for education is further reflected in his leadership skills, curriculum development efforts, and dedication to student progress monitoring. A recognized voice in his field, he has presented at multiple national and international conferences across India, Canada, and Indonesia. Dr. Shuisen Chen is a Professor of Remote Sensing in environment & precision agriculture and the Director of Center for Engineering Technology Application Research of Remote Sensing Big Data, Guangdong Province of China at Guangzhou Institute of Geography, Guangdong Academy of Sciences who specializes in remote sensing-based spatiotemporal analysis and modeling for coastal and water environment, precision agriculture, dual carbon big data, and is the adjunct doctoral supervisors at University of Chinese Academy of Sciences & Central South University. He has co-authored more than 170 peer-reviewed articles. He is the Associate Editors:Frontiers in Environmental Science. He has participated in various collective endeavors, including the Vice Chairman of the Agricultural and Rural Geographic Information Working Committee of the China Geographic Information Industry Association, the member of the Digital Agriculture Special Committee of the China National Committee of the International Digital Earth Society. He was Vice Chairman of the Environmental Remote Sensing Branch of the China Remote Sensing Application Association and Vice Chairman of the Academic Committee of the Institute. Dr. Chen gained the doctor degree in Institute of Remote Sensing Application of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). He was Chief Expert of Guangdong Province Modern Agricultural Industry Technology System Innovation Team (Precision Agriculture) and the Nanling Team Leader of Shaoguan Talent Project "Double Carbon Space Big Data" of Guangdong, China. He visited multiple universities in the United States and the United Kingdom. Professor Chen is also the expert in Education, Science, Culture, and Health Consultation of the Standing Committee of the 14th People's Congress of Guangdong Province, China.

Dr. Muhammad Yousuf Jat Baloch is a dedicated researcher specializing in Groundwater Science and Environmental Engineering, with a strong academic and technical background. He is currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at the School of Environmental Science and Engineering, Shandong University, China. Dr. Jat Baloch completed his Ph.D. in Groundwater Science and Engineering from Jilin University, China. He holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and Engineering from the China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering and Management from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro, Sindh, Pakistan. His research focuses on: Groundwater quality assessment and risk management using machine learning and ARIMA models, Water quality monitoring, health risk assessment, and groundwater remediation, Climate change impacts on water resources management, Soil salinity and its effects on groundwater and agricultural productivity (Sustainable Agriculture and Soil Salinity Management) Dr. Jat Baloch has authored multiple peer-reviewed research articles as both first and corresponding author, and has contributed to book chapters published by globally recognized academic publishers such as Elsevier and CRC Press. He has also collaborated on numerous international research projects as a co-author. Additionally, Dr. Jat Baloch serves as an editor and reviewer for various scientific journals. He is a lifetime member of the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), registered as a Professional Engineer, and holds a Supervisory Certificate issued by PEC. He has accumulated numerous Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points through ongoing professional training and engagement.

Isaac Agholor a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary researcher with diverse research interests and specialisation that span Smallholder agriculture, Irrigation schemes, Agricultural economics - Smallholder farmers and Rural development, Agricultural extension and Rural development, Household food security, Climate change Adaptation, Sustainable rural development, Water conservation, Agribusiness Management, Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness. This diversification is evident in the link to his articles as presented and are reflected upon as contributing to the growth of my research activities. He firmly believe that my research niche is interconnected and addresses critical challenges in agriculture, water conservation, climate change, and irrigation. he have employed multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary approaches, combining insights from smallholder agriculture, agricultural economics and agri-preneurship, and social sciences. He perceived his research work as transcending from mere academic fulfilment to practical applications used by smallholder farmers and policymakers. His research projects have several strengths and contributions to knowledge. Over time, he presented his research findings to a broader audience, locally and internationally. Through my research, he look forward to addressing new challenges and exploring innovative solutions.
