Dr. Yu Cong is an assistant professor at the Northeast Institute of Geography and Agroecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. She specializes in plant physiological ecology, with a focus on alpine treeline dynamics and wetland vegetation responses to climate change. Dr. Cong has led multiple national research projects and published over a dozen peer-reviewed papers in international journals such as Tree Physiology and Forest Ecosystems.
