Dr. Muslim Khan, PT, is a physiotherapy academic and researcher affiliated with Iqra National University, Swat Campus, Pakistan. He currently serves as Associate Professor and Head of the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program in the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences. He has extensive experience in physical therapy education, clinical practice, research, curriculum development, academic administration, and student supervision. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center, a Post-Professional Doctor of Physical Therapy (PP-DPT) from Riphah University, Islamabad, and a Master in Physical Therapy specializing in Neurology from Khyber Medical University, Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
His academic and research interests include neurological rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation, physical therapy interventions, therapeutic exercise, gait and balance rehabilitation, musculoskeletal disorders, respiratory rehabilitation, and clinical research in physiotherapy. He has approximately 18 years of teaching experience in physical therapy and 7 years of research experience. He has authored books and published numerous research articles in areas related to physical therapy, rehabilitation, neurology, stroke, musculoskeletal conditions, and clinical practice.
