Rahmath Nishada K. is a Research Scholar in the Department of Sports Psychology at the Central University of Rajasthan, India. A UGC-NET qualified scholar and recipient of the prestigious ICSSR Doctoral Fellowship and Maulana Azad National Fellowship, Rahmath has expertise in sports psychology, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), sports injury anxiety, resilience, post-traumatic growth, and athlete mental health. With teaching experience across multiple government colleges, Rahmath has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and book chapters and actively contributes as an Assistant Editor and reviewer for psychology journals. The research focuses on evidence-based psychological interventions to improve athlete well-being and performance.
