Negarin Akbari is an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Fenerbahçe University, Turkey, specializing in neonatal and pediatric nursing. She holds a Ph.D. in Pediatric Nursing from Istanbul University-Cerrahpasa, an M.Sc. in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing from Tehran University of Medical Sciences, and a B.Sc. in Nursing from Gorgan University of Medical Sciences. With over nine years of teaching experience and more than five years of advanced clinical practice in NICUs and pediatric units, she has authored five academic books and published 15 peer-reviewed articles. She has presented her research on neonatal pain management, developmental care, and breastfeeding promotion at leading international conferences. Her work focuses on advancing evidence-based practices in neonatal care and mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Dr. Esraa Ismail is a dedicated Lecturer of Pediatric Nursing at the Faculty of Nursing, Alexandria University, Egypt, with extensive experience in neonatal and pediatric care, academic instruction, and healthcare systems training. She holds a Ph.D. in Pediatric Nursing (2022), a Master’s in Pediatric Nursing (2018), and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science with honors (2011), all from Alexandria University.Throughout her career, Dr. Ismail has demonstrated exceptional leadership and academic commitment. She serves as a Course Coordinator for Pediatrics in the Faculty of Medicine (2024–2025), and actively teaches in areas such as Applied Nutrition, Health Assessment, and Pediatric Nursing. Her practical involvement includes training postgraduate students in Emergency, Critical, and Pediatric Nursing, and coordinating undergraduate clinical experiences.
