Dr. Ayman Raouf Khalifa is an Associate Professor of Orthodontics and Chairperson of the Department of Preventive Dentistry at the College of Dentistry, Gulf Medical University (GMU), UAE. He also serves as Program Director of the NIHS-accredited Orthodontic Residency Program at Thumbay Dental Hospital, Ajman. He obtained his BDS, MSc, and PhD in Orthodontics from Cairo University, Egypt. His distinguished academic career spans Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United States, and the UAE. He previously served as Associate Professor at the Egyptian Military Medical Academy and October 6 University, and as a Visiting Associate Professor at the University of Hawai‘i’s John A. Burns School of Medicine. Dr. Khalifa has collaborated on craniofacial research with Indiana University School of Dentistry and holds consultant licenses from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and the UAE health authorities. He is a Fellow of the World Federation of Orthodontists (WFO) and an International Member of the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO).

Prof. Giovanni Conti is a University Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Messina and a senior physician in the Paediatric Nephrology and Rheumatology Unit at Policlinico “G. Martino” Hospital, Messina, Italy. He obtained his MD degree with honors from the University of Messina and completed specialist training in Pediatrics and Nephrology with distinction. He has extensive clinical and academic experience in pediatric nephrology, renal transplantation, dialysis, and pediatric rheumatologic diseases. 
 

Eftimia Prifti is a biologist with a Master’s degree in Applied Biology from the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Her academic background includes extensive training in molecular biology, microbiology, and clinical laboratory diagnostics. She has research experience in molecular and cellular biology techniques, including PCR amplification, DNA and RNA extraction, protein analysis, and cell culture methodologies. During her academic training, she also participated in international research activities, where she worked on experimental studies related to cellular mechanisms in disease. In addition, she has completed internships in clinical diagnostic laboratories, gaining practical experience in biochemical, microbiological, hematological, and immunological analyses. 

Priscila Martins is a Professor and researcher with extensive experience in the field of Physical Education and Health. She holds a Ph.D. in Physical Education from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), where she also completed her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees. She is currently a Professor in the Physical Education Program at the University of the Extreme South of Santa Catarina (UNESC). At UNESC, Dr. Martins demonstrates strong academic and scientific leadership, serving as the Coordinator of the Kinanthropometry, Strength, and Exercise Physiology Laboratories. In addition, she leads the Study and Research Group in Kinanthropometry and is a member of the Study and Research Group in Health Promotion (GEPPS/UNESC). Her research expertise focuses on Kinanthropometry and the intersection between Physical Activity and Health, with a primary emphasis on assessing physical fitness across different populations. Her academic activities also extend to the community, where she serves as a Tutor for the Multiprofessional Residency in Primary Care/Family Health.

Dr Goyen is a highly experienced allied health clinician and mid-career clinician-researcher with expertise in the neurodevelopmental care of preterm infants and their long-term outcomes. She is a dedicated Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist with over 30 years of experience in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Westmead Hospital and holds an Honorary Senior Lecturer appointment in the Faculty of Medicine and Health at The University of Sydney.Dr Goyen has authored 26 peer-reviewed publications. Her clinical research focuses on the prevention and early detection of neonatal brain injury, as well as identifying factors associated with adverse neurodevelopmental outcomes. She is currently a Chief Investigator on two international clinical trials and is leading the development of a national and international collaborative team to expand her pilot randomised controlled trial into a large, multi-centre study aimed at reducing neonatal brain injury.

Dr. Enrico Perre is a pediatric resident at the University of Bologna, Italy, specializing in pediatric gastroenterology and ultrasound. He is undergoing advanced training in pediatric and neonatal ultrasound at Santobono Pediatric Hospital, Naples, with SIUMB experts. His academic work includes peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, and active participation in national pediatric societies.

Regional Consultant in Pediatric Nursing. Member of the Polish Association of Pediatric Nurses, the Polish Society of Neonatal Nurses and Midwives, and the Polish Nursing Association, where she serves as Chairwoman of the Tarnobrzeg Chapter. She also serves on editorial committees and scientific boards of international journals and serves as a reviewer for international journals. She has served as the project manager for the following research projects: Quality of Life of Patients Diagnosed with Cancer and Their Families, Assessment of Cancer Risk Factors and Development of an Expert System Supporting Cancer Diagnosis, Biopsychosocial Problems of Patients Diagnosed with Cancer, Assessment of the Nutritional Status of Adolescents and the Risk of Nutritional Disorders, and Prevention of Pediatric Cancer in Nursing Practice. She served as Deputy Director of the Institute of Healthcare at the State University of Technology and Economics in Jarosław. She has served on 21 organizing and scientific committees for national and international conferences. She is the author and co-author of 83 scientific publications, author of the textbook "Physical Examination: A Theoretical and Practical Guide" and the monographs "Nurse Participation in the Prevention and Early Detection of Cancer in Adolescents" and "Challenges of Contemporary Nursing in Oncology." She was the initiator and organizer of "Health Days" for the residents of Jarosław. She has participated and continues to participate in numerous European and international projects, programmes and research teams, both Polish and foreign.

Professor Dr. Sokou has authored 136 peer-reviewed publications and several book chapters, with a research portfolio distinctly focused on neonatal hemostasis and hematology. Her work has significantly advanced the understanding of viscoelastic testing in neonates, enhancing its clinical application and illuminating the developmental physiology of neonatal hemostasis. Through her research, she has provided novel insights into the characterization of coagulopathies in preterm and critically ill neonates, the underlying pathophysiology of altered hemostatic responses. Through her doctoral and postdoctoral research, she has advanced evidence regarding individualized hemostatic assessment, transfusion decision-making, and the integration of multivariable prediction models in neonatal intensive care. Beyond hemostasis, her scholarly contributions extend to neonatal transfusion medicine, growth and nutritional physiology of preterm infants, and long-term outcomes in vulnerable neonatal cohorts. She serves as reviewer for 41 scientific journals and has been invited as Guest Editor for multiple Special Issues in high-impact journals. Her scientific work has been recognized with 13 national and international awards.

Dr. Augusto Sola is an internationally recognized neonatologist with decades of contributions to newborn health across the Americas and Europe. He has served as Professor of Epidemiology and Community Health at the School of Health Sciences and Practice, New York Medical College, where he contributed to advancing neonatal care, epidemiological research, and public health initiatives. Dr. Sola has held leadership positions in top academic and clinical institutions, helping to improve the quality of care for newborn infants worldwide. He continues to play a vital role in education, clinical excellence, and global neonatal health advocacy.

Dr. Tarun Singh is a dedicated Pediatrician with extensive training in managing well and sick pediatric patients from newborns to adolescents. He is recognized for his compassionate approach, strong clinical skills, and commitment to improving child health and well-being. He has pursued multiple advanced certifications in pediatric nutrition, early nutrition science, and developmental pediatrics, strengthening his expertise in holistic child care.

Negarin Akbari is an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Fenerbahçe University, Turkey, specializing in neonatal and pediatric nursing. She holds a Ph.D. in Pediatric Nursing from Istanbul University-Cerrahpasa, an M.Sc. in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing from Tehran University of Medical Sciences, and a B.Sc. in Nursing from Gorgan University of Medical Sciences. With over nine years of teaching experience and more than five years of advanced clinical practice in NICUs and pediatric units, she has authored five academic books and published 15 peer-reviewed articles. She has presented her research on neonatal pain management, developmental care, and breastfeeding promotion at leading international conferences. Her work focuses on advancing evidence-based practices in neonatal care and mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Dr. Esraa Ismail is a dedicated Lecturer of Pediatric Nursing at the Faculty of Nursing, Alexandria University, Egypt, with extensive experience in neonatal and pediatric care, academic instruction, and healthcare systems training. She holds a Ph.D. in Pediatric Nursing (2022), a Master’s in Pediatric Nursing (2018), and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science with honors (2011), all from Alexandria University.Throughout her career, Dr. Ismail has demonstrated exceptional leadership and academic commitment. She serves as a Course Coordinator for Pediatrics in the Faculty of Medicine (2024–2025), and actively teaches in areas such as Applied Nutrition, Health Assessment, and Pediatric Nursing. Her practical involvement includes training postgraduate students in Emergency, Critical, and Pediatric Nursing, and coordinating undergraduate clinical experiences.

Prof. Dr. Alka Devanand Tajne is currently the Professor cum Principal at Vibrant Nursing College, Masma, Surat. With a Ph.D. in Child Health Nursing, she holds over two decades of teaching and clinical experience. Dr. Tajne serves as a Ph.D. guide at Veer Narmad South Gujarat University and has mentored doctoral scholars across several universities. She is actively involved in editorial, advisory, and reviewer roles for numerous national and international nursing journals. Her contribution extends to organizing and moderating major nursing webinars and conferences globally. A passionate educator, she is also the General Secretary of the Nursing Scholar Society of India.
