Confmeets brings together distinguished academicians, researchers, and industry experts from across the globe to facilitate high-level discourse, collaboration, and innovation. Our meticulously curated conferences provide in-depth subject analysis, empowering participants to stay ahead in their fields through thought-provoking discussions and networking opportunities.

Participation Guidelines

Payments & Registration

To secure your participation:

  • Speaker Applications - Limited slots available. Reserve your speaking opportunity by completing our exclusive online registration form on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Fee Submission - Pay the conference fee as outlined by the organizer to confirm your attendance.

Program Modifications

Confmeets reserves the right to adjust the speaker lineup or agenda due to unforeseen circumstances, without liability for any resulting changes.

Date Changes

Should the conference date be rescheduled, participants may cancel without penalty. Confmeets is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by attendees.

Speaker Slot Allocation

Secure your presentation opportunity by promptly submitting the online registration form. Slots are allocated based on submission order.

Code of Conduct

Confmeets maintains a professional environment and reserves the right to revoke participation in cases of misconduct, with no refund provided.

Registration Process

  • Online Registration - Complete the form on our website and pay via credit/debit card or PayPal.
  • Offline Registration - Submit the invoice issued by the conference manager and process payment via bank transfer.
  • Deadline - Registration remains open until the event begins. Attention to *mandatory fields is crucial.
  • Payment Confirmation - Receipts are issued within 24-48 hours of successful payment.
  • Promotional Authorization - By registering, participants grant ConfMeets permission to use their affiliation details/logos for promotional purposes.

Press & Media Policy

  • Press Access - Requires prior written approval from the Confmeets Organizing Committee.
  • Quotations & Coverage - Media representatives must obtain explicit consent before quoting speakers or delegates.
  • Independence Statement - Confmeets is an independent non-profit entity and is not affiliated with commercial conference organizers.

Insurance Disclaimer

Attendees are solely responsible for arranging appropriate insurance coverage. Confmeets assumes no liability for loss, damage, or personal property issues.

Visa Support: Invitation Letter Requests

To assist international attendees, Confmeets provides Letters of Invitation upon:

  • Completing registration.
  • Submitting the following via email to support@confmeets.net.
    • Full name (as per passport)
    • Professional affiliation
    • Passport number & scanned copy
    • Contact details & nationality
    • Participation purpose (Speaker/Delegate/Presenter/Exhibitor)

Important Notes:

  • Invitation letters are issued as PDFs to the provided email.
  • Confmeets does not liaise with embassies; visa approval remains the attendee's responsibility.
  • Applicants are advised to apply early and secure a Business Visa.

Cancellation, Postponement & Transfer Policies

All requests must be submitted via email to support@confmeets.net.

Cancellation Policy

If Confmeets cancels the event, registrants receive a 100% credit applicable to a future conference within one year.

Postponement Policy

If unable to attend the rescheduled dates, registrants receive a 100% credit valid for one year.

Transfer

  • Registrations are transferable within the same organization upon written request, including the replacement's full name, title, and contact details.
  • Transfers between conferences are permitted unless notified within 15 days of the event.
  • Transferred registrations are non-refundable.

Visa Advisory

Begin visa applications immediately due to enhanced security checks. Confmeets does not engage with embassies; participants must independently secure a Business Visa for entry.

Journals

Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using the Confmeets website, users agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, which govern all interactions with the platform. Confmeets reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for violations. Services and content are for personal, academic, and scientific purposes only.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content, including trademarks, logos, graphics, and designs, are the exclusive property of Confmeets Publishers.
  • Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal and academic use.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
  • Confmeets content is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial, unless specified otherwise.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract platform source code.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools for data collection.
  • Link or bypass site architecture to access restricted content.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to servers, databases, or backend systems.
  • Disseminate or store website content without permission.

Privacy and Data Protection

  • Confmeets complies with Creative Commons and international data protection laws.

Data Collection & Usage

  • We may collect personal data (e.g., name, email, affiliation).
  • We track usage analytics (e.g., views, downloads, navigation paths).
  • Referral sources are used for optimizing user experience.

Purpose of Data Processing

  • Enhancing functionality and engagement.
  • Internal analytics and improvements.
  • Non-identifiable marketing statistics.
  • Confmeets does not sell, trade, or disclose user data to third parties.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

  • Visual recognition tools may be used with opt-out options available.

Payment Security

  • All transactions are processed via secure gateways.
  • Confmeets does not store or use financial data for marketing.

Service Availability

  • While Confmeets strives for uninterrupted access, it is not liable for downtime due to maintenance or unforeseen issues.

Payments & Refunds

  • APCs are due after acceptance and payable securely.
  • No refunds after final proof generation.
  • Partial refunds possible for pre-review withdrawals, minus admin fees.

Manuscript Withdrawal

  • Withdrawal must be formally submitted via the author's registered email.
  • Post-peer-review withdrawals may incur penalties.
  • Unethical withdrawals may lead to blacklisting.

Author Responsibilities

  • Respond to proofs/invoices within 7 calendar days.
  • Approve final proofs before publication.
  • Ensure timely APC payment.
  • Maintain professional communication.
  • Non-compliance may result in delays, cancellations, retraction notices, or rejection of future submissions.

Retraction & Ethical Violations

  • Confmeets enforces a zero-tolerance policy on plagiarism and data manipulation.
  • Consequences include investigations, retractions, and institutional notifications.

  • Opinions in articles are those of the authors.
  • Confmeets does not endorse third-party ads or products.
  • Medical/clinical content must be validated by professionals. Confmeets is not liable for misuse.
