Safiul Haque Chowdhury is a Research Assistant under the project ICSETEP D67. An ADB funded project in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh. He completed his B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangladesh University with a strong academic record and a thesis focused on explainable AI for liver disease diagnosis. He has authored over 30 journal and conference publications in machine learning, deep learning, explainable AI, biomedical applications, and privacy-preserving data science. His research contributions span liver disease detection, diabetes risk prediction, brain tumor analysis, maternal health risk assessment, and more. Professionally, he served as a Machine Learning Team Lead at Orion Informatics Ltd., contributing to AI model development, optimization, and team leadership. He also has significant teaching experience as an ICT lecturer for higher secondary students.

Prof. (H.C.) Engr. Dr. S M Nazmuz Sakib is a multidisciplinary researcher, inventor, and academic with expertise spanning artificial intelligence, machine learning, digital health, cybersecurity, blockchain, information technology, engineering, business analytics, and healthcare technologies. He has authored 34 scholarly publications, secured multiple international patents, and actively contributes to interdisciplinary research involving AI applications in healthcare, medical technologies, environmental science, and computational systems. He is a Fellow of the Scholars Academic and Scientific Society, an Associate Member of the Bangladesh Computer Society, and a Life Member of the Bangladesh English Language Teachers Association (BELTA). His research focuses on developing intelligent technologies that address healthcare, cybersecurity, and real-world engineering challenges.
