Ademola Olusola ADESINA is an academic staff member of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Nigeria. He obtained his First Degree, Master’s degree, and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University), Ago-Iwoye, University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and the University of the Western Cape, Cape Town, South Africa, respectively.  His research interests fall within the areas of Information Systems, Software Engineering, E-health Systems, and ICT Applications. He has attended and presented papers in both local and international conferences within his area of research interest and has published many articles in reputable local and international journals. He lectures on Computer Science and Information Technology-related courses both at the Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels.

Dr. Gayathri Ananthakrishnan earned a Bachelor of Cardiac Science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, in collaboration with the MMM Institute of Cardiovascular Disease in India. She later completed a Master of Public Health at Idaho State University in the United States. Over the next decade, she built an extensive research career in North America, serving as a research scientist at the University of Cincinnati and the University of Alberta, where her work focused on cardiovascular metabolism, obesity, and pediatric sickle cell anemia. Dr. Ananthakrishnan subsequently earned a Doctor of Public Health degree with a specialization in cardiovascular research from the Alfred Nobel Business School in Zurich, Switzerland. She currently serves as a teaching and research faculty member in Switzerland, concentrating on AI-driven tools for cardiovascular disease and digital health transformation. With more than 15 years of research experience, she remains committed to advancing medical science, mentoring students, and addressing global disease burdens as a Public Health Consultant.

Dr. Alessandro Mazzola is a Medical Doctor and fifth-year Resident in Orthopaedics and Traumatology at the Fondazione Policlinico Universitario Campus Bio-Medico in Rome, Italy. He has developed a strong clinical and research interest in orthopaedics and musculoskeletal disorders. His professional activity integrates clinical practice, surgical training, and scientific investigation, with a particular commitment to innovation and evidence-based care in shoulder, knee and hip pathology. Dr. Alessandro Mazzola has compled a six-month clinical and research fellowship focused on advanced shoulder surgical techniques at the Department of Orthopedics, Shoulder Surgery Unit - Centre Orthopédique Santy et Hôpital Privé Jean Mermoz - Lyon, France, as well as a three-month observership dedicated to the same subspecialty at the Department of Orthopedics, Upper Limb Surgery Unit - Roth | McFarlane Hand & Upper Limb Centre, St. Joseph's Health Care - London, Ontario, Canada. Dr. Alessandro Mazzola is strongly interested in the applications of artificial intelligence in orthopaedics, especially its potential to enhance clinical decision-making, imaging analysis, and surgical planning. He is also a PhD student, at the PhD Course XLI cycle in Bioengineering, Applied Sciences and Intelligent Systems of Campus Bio-Medico of Rome University. He has participated in national and international courses and continually strives to advance his expertise in upper and lower limb surgery.

Pr. Raoudha Ben Djemaa is an HDR-qualified Maître de Conférences in Computer Science at ISITCom, University of Sousse, Tunisia. Her research focuses on distributed information systems, interoperability, blockchain, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and cloud–IoT architectures. She has authored more than 40 international publications indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, with over 350 citations and an h-index of 9. She is the President of the Master’s Program in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analysis (since 2020) and serves on several academic committees and scientific councils. Over her career, she has supervised numerous PhD and Master's theses in AI, blockchain, IoT, semantic systems, and intelligent cloud environments. Pr. Ben Djemaa collaborates with international institutions including EFREI Paris, CNAM, LIGM-CNRS, and ESIEE Paris, and participates in Erasmus+ and PHC-funded projects on AI, cybersecurity, smart contracts, and intelligent health technologies.

Taiwo Blessing Ogunseyi obtained his master's degree in Information Science from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and his doctorate in Communication and Information Systems from the Communication University of China. He has received an award for an outstanding research paper given by the China Society of Motion Picture & Television Engineers (CSMPTE). He is a recipient of the High-Level Foreign Talent Award of Sichuan Province. He has published multiple academic papers in reputable journals and he serves as a reviewer for several journals. Currently, He is an Assistant Professor at the School of Electronic and Information Engineering, Yibin University. His research interests include Applied Cryptography, Information Security, Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, Network Security, Privacy Enhancing Technologies (PETs), Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

Chibuzo Nwabufo is a Nigerian researcher and PhD candidate in Mechanical Engineering currently based in South Korea. He received his B.Eng. degree in Agricultural Engineering from Imo State University, Owerri, Nigeria, and his M.Eng. degree from Kumoh National Institute of Technology, Gumi, South Korea. His research interests span advanced diagnostics, machine learning, signal processing, and smart manufacturing technologies. Passionate about integrating artificial intelligence with real-world engineering systems, he specializes in fault detection, electric motor health monitoring, signal processing, digital twin development, and prognostics and health management (PHM) for mechanical systems. Chibuzo has developed strong expertise in big data analytics, deep learning, and 3D modeling. His work includes designing lightweight autoencoder architectures, building real-time diagnostic pipelines, implementing advanced feature engineering strategies, and exploring explainable AI to enhance transparency, safety, and reliability in complex engineering systems. He has contributed to multiple industry-sponsored projects, including predictive maintenance solutions for industrial shot-blast machines and process optimization for zinc-phosphate surface coatings. He has also collaborated with research laboratories involved in semiconductor process development, fuel cell technology, and AI-assisted smart manufacturing. His practical, application-oriented approach drives him to develop solutions that are not only theoretically sound but also deployable in real-time industrial environments. Chibuzo continues to explore innovative integrations of machine learning, signal processing, electrochemical energy systems, and robotics, with the long-term goal of building intelligent diagnostic frameworks and digital twin systems that improve performance, reliability, and safety across industrial sectors.

Dr. Ahmad Aburayya is an associate professor, business management specialist, trainer, and researcher working in the area of business and service administration. Ahmad holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (Business Management) and completed his doctorate in business and operations management at Teesside University, United Kingdom. Furthermore, Dr. Ahmad has a high Diploma in business information management "informatics" from Epic University USA and the American Board in Lean Six Sigma. Dr. Ahmad is a specialist in smart business analysis research (Neural-Network & Artificial Intelligence) using advanced statistical systems such as Smart-PLS, SPSS, LISREL, and IMOS. Dr. Ahmad has published more than 60 research articles in several highly impacted international journals (Scopus, ISI, and Web of Science) in many fields of business and service management. Dr. Ahmad is leading the academic editorial board for several academic research awards, including the Authority Chairman Award in Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship. In addition, he is an academic editorial board member and chief reviewer of several international Scopus-indexed journals (Q1-SRJ). Dr. Ahmad was heading the research academic unit in the Dubai government. Dr. Ahmad was awarded the Best Paper Award by Springer in 2021. Professor Dr. Kyriakos Kouveliotis is the Chief Academic Officer of GUS Germany GmbH (GGG) and the Provost and Chief Academic Officer of the Berlin School of Business and Innovation (BSBI). He has a PhD in European Integration and International Relations awarded by Newcastle University whereas, he also holds an MA in Diplomacy awarded by Lancaster University UK, a certificate in Linguistics awarded by Bangor University UK and a BA in English Literature and Linguistics awarded by Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Greece. He has also completed two cycles of Post -Doctorate research one on Decision and Policy -Making and one on Conflict Resolution and Crisis Management. Professor Kouveliotis has worked in various research groups, he is an accomplished researcher in a variety of disciplines, and in the last 20 years he has been a Provost and taught in many Universities and educational organizations globally among which City Unity College, Newcastle University, University of Sunderland, Deree College, University of Indianapolis, Hellenic Air Force War College and Hellenic Naval War College to name a few. He is an expert in developing new curricula, programs syllabi and also in building new global educational networks and partnerships as he has already done with institutions from the US, UK, France, Italy, Switzerland and Ireland but also Singapore, India, and Somalia. Professor Kouveliotis has created around 100 new academic programmes at all levels, supervised a number of 5000 dissertations, published 12 books and dozens of original scientific articles. His track record of academic publishing is composed of a variety of papers concerning political, economic and educational issues. He has also served as a Scientific Advisor to the Minister of Defence, to the Deputy Minister of Development and Competitiveness and to the General Secretariat of Communication and Mass Media of the Greek Government. In addition, he was appointed by the Minister of Education as a Member in the Governing Committee of the Hellenic Open University. He also holds various professorships in institutions around the world as Honorary Chancellor and Founder of Longford International College in Ireland, Professor at Uninettuno University in Rome Italy and President of Atheneum Liberal Studies in Europe. For his work and accomplishments over the last 2 decades, Professor has received many international awards and recognition around the globe. Recently, he received a fellowship in the Royal Society of Arts and created his own not-forprofit Organisation the “Global Degree Foundation”.

Safwan Abdulrahman Taha graduated from Basrah College of Medicine, IRAQ, on 1983 with honors, became Professor of Surgery, with distinction, on 2000 and founding Dean of Thi-Qar College of medicine, IRAQ, in 2003.   He holds Fellowship of the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Glasgow, Fellowship of the American College of Surgeons, Specialization Diploma in laparoscopic Surgery from Louis Pasteur University; France, the Certificate of the Arab Board of Surgery and is the only surgeon to win the prestigious SAGES “Travelling Fellowship Award” twice, in a raw (2006 & 2007). Prof. Taha is member of the ASMBS, IFSO, SAGES and ELSA, SCOPE certified and designated both as “Master Surgeon in Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery” and “Surgeon of Excellence in Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery” by the Surgical Review Corporation; USA. Prof. Taha was the first (founding) President of the UAE Chapter of the American College of Surgeons (2013-2016) and, then, elected as Governor of the Chapter for 2 successive terms (2016-2022). He was also founding member of the Emirates Obesity Surgery Interest Group, currently the Emirates Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ESMBS). He has more than 60 published papers in peer reviewed journals & a book chapter, is an international speaker with special interest in the role of AI at enhancing the efficiency of surgical outcomes, the Editor of the Journal of Robotic Surgery (Springer Nature) and reviewer for several international journals including Obesity Surgery, the official journal of IFSO. Gurol Yokus holds a B.A. in Foreign Language Education from Bogazici University, and obtained his M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction from Mersin University. Since 2021, he has served as an Associate Professor in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at Sinop University, Turkey. Dr. Yokus is the author or co-author of more than 50 papers in international refereed journals and book chapters, as well as over 30 conference contributions. He has delivered numerous invited and plenary talks at national conferences. His research interests encompass curriculum development, sustainable teacher education, instructional design, mobile learning, school leadership, and higher education studies. His current work focuses on 21st-century thinking skills and developing original, theory-based solutions to challenges in teacher education and curriculum instruction.

Dr. Fayzullo Makhmadiyarovich Nazarov is a PhD in Technical Sciences (Computer Science) and currently serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Intelligent Systems and Computer Technologies at Samarkand State University, Uzbekistan. He has extensive academic and administrative experience, including serving as Head of multiple departments such as Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence & Information Systems. His expertise spans machine learning, artificial intelligence, blockchain technologies, quantum algorithms, distributed computing, and data reliability. He has completed multiple international internships in China, Russia, India, and Malaysia. Dr. Nazarov has authored numerous scientific publications across reputable international journals and conferences (IEEE, Springer, IG-Global, Sensors, etc.) and has led national innovation projects focusing on AI, cryptography, and automated information systems.

Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abd El-Fattah is a distinguished Professor of Information Systems at the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Benha University, Egypt. He currently serves as the Dean's Deputy for Student and Academic Affairs and Director of the Central Electronic Testing Center. With extensive academic, administrative, and project leadership experience across Egypt and Saudi Arabia, he has contributed significantly to digital transformation, quality assurance, electronic testing, and strategic planning in higher education. His expertise spans intelligent decision support systems, information visualization, IoT, big data analytics, and distributed databases. He has supervised major institutional projects, advised governmental bodies, and participated in national accreditation committees.

Ogunbunmi Simeon is a researcher specializing in UAV network security, IoT trust systems, and digital-twin–based security frameworks. His work includes probabilistic trust models, lightweight reputation systems, and applying topological data analysis to evaluate UAV performance. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Binghamton University and is currently a postdoctoral researcher in the Manufacturing Engineering Department at Virginia State University. There, he collaborates with local industries and academic teams to research IoT, AI/ML, edge/cloud computing, and data analysis for CNC machining and 3D printing processes. His work includes developing dashboards, experiments, manuscripts, grant proposals, and organizing workshops to bridge research and practical industry needs.

Alberto Nico is a lawyer and AI governance specialist focusing on algorithmic accountability in high-risk data processing, particularly in public services and digital health. He is a PhD candidate in Law at the University of Bari “A. Moro”, where his doctoral research examines Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property, with a specific interest in generative AI, authorship, and the governance of AI-driven decision-support systems. He currently serves as data protection officer, legal consultant and AI governance specialist for several private and public bodies. He is also researcher for Italian private AI R&D institute. In these roles, he designs and reviews governance frameworks, DPIAs, and risk-mitigation strategies for AI systems handling sensitive, biometric, and health data, ensuring compliance with GDPR and alignment with human-rights standards (non-discrimination, privacy, and effective remedy). Alberto has authored a monograph and several peer-reviewed publications on AI and intellectual property, ethical-legal principles for AI-based educational assessment, and the regulation of generative AI. He also contributes as an IP and new-technology expert in European initiatives on transforming health and care systems, promoting trustworthy, rights-based AI and data governance in digital health ecosystems.

Dr. Ravi Kant is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Applied Sciences & Biotechnology, Shoolini University, Himachal Pradesh-India. An accomplished Computational Biologist with Post-Doctoral Research Experience from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Southampton, England, Dr. Ravi brings extensive research experience from Southampton as well as from his worldwide research collaborations spanning across the UK, United States of America, Brazil, Malaysia, Japan, Canada, Germany, Costa Rica, The African Continent, and several academic & research institutes of repute in India such as the University of Delhi, Central University of Jammu, IGDTUW Delhi, and the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi. Dr. Ravi Kant earned his PhD and MPhil degree from University of Delhi and Master’s degree from Haryana Agriculture University, Hisar.

His research expertise lies in drug and vaccine discovery, computational biology, and translational research, with a focus on homology modeling, molecular docking, pharmacophore generation, molecular dynamics simulations, and AI-driven approaches to accelerate therapeutics and vaccine development. He has made significant contributions in addressing antimicrobial resistance and infectious diseases, particularly sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and multidrug-resistant pathogens, while fostering academia–industry collaborations worldwide.

Dr. Kant’s outstanding contributions have been recognized with several prestigious awards, including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Fellowship/Travel Grant (10 times), the 13th Norman L. Letvin Early Career Investigator Grant (Gates Foundation), the NIHR Southampton Biomedical Research Centre Career Development Award (UK), multiple Young Investigator and Young Scientist Awards, and the BBSRC-UKRI International Partnership Funding (UK Government). He has also successfully engaged with competitive research grants from Indian funding agencies such as ICMR, and international agencies including NIHR and BBSRC-UKRI (this funding was granted to and won by Prof. Myron Christodoulides at the University of Southampton, where Dr. Ravi worked as a visiting researcher in Prof. Myron’s lab for three months). His most recent success story includes the highly competitive grant funding won by his Brazilian collaborators to develop a novel vaccine for Leishmania – a neglected tropical disease. This project is funded by a research network led by The University of Oxford, England, where Prof. Myron Christodoulides (University of Southampton, UK) and Dr. Ravi Kant (Shoolini University, India) are serving as International Collaborators based on their expertise.

At Shoolini University, Dr. Kant is committed to mentoring Master’s and PhD students and researchers, advancing cutting-edge projects in the research areas of STIs & Women’s Health, Infectious Diseases, and Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR), and building strong international partnerships to establish Shoolini as a hub for excellence in biotechnology and vaccine discovery & development.

Dr. Konstantinos Kotsidis is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Primary Education, University of Crete, specializing in the pedagogical integration of Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence in primary education. He teaches in the Master’s Program “Educational Sciences – Distance Education (e-Learning)” at the University of Crete and serves as Academic Tutor at the Hellenic Open University. He is a Scientific Collaborator of the Laboratory of Advanced Learning Technologies in Lifelong and Distance Education (EDIVEA), where he has contributed to the design of digital learning environments, e-learning materials, and teacher training programs. His research interests focus on AI in education, digital literacy, distance learning, and innovative teaching practices. Wan Zakiah Wan Ismail is an Associate Professor in Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment (FKAB), Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) from 2017 until now. She was a tutor and lecturer in Multimedia University, Melaka Campus from 2005-2012. She has published more than 50 peer-review journals and conference proceedings and 10 book chapters and 1 book in her field. She is a member of Optical Society of America (OSA), member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and a Technology specialist (Ts), professional member of Malaysia's Board of Technologist (MBOT). She took undergraduate study in Multimedia University, Malaysia and pursued her Master and PhD in Melbourne University and Macquarie University. She was the recipient of Prime Minister's Australia Endeavour award and Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) fellowship in 2012. Her PhD study focuses on optical devices specialized in laser engineering. Her expertise includes optics and electronic sensing, image processing, biosensing and material science.

Safiul Haque Chowdhury is a graduate researcher and M.Sc. student in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh. He completed his B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangladesh University with a strong academic record and a thesis focused on explainable AI for liver disease diagnosis. He has authored numerous journal and conference publications in machine learning, deep learning, explainable AI, biomedical applications, and privacy-preserving data science. His research contributions span liver disease detection, diabetes risk prediction, brain tumor analysis, maternal health risk assessment, and more. Professionally, he served as a Machine Learning Team Lead at Orion Informatics Ltd., contributing to AI model development, optimization, and team leadership. He also has significant teaching experience as an ICT lecturer for higher secondary students.

Aytac Altan received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in the department of Electrical Electronics Engineering from Anadolu University in 2004 and 2006, respectively. He is received his Ph.D. degree in the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Zonguldak Bulent Ecevit University in 2018. He is currently an Associate Professor at the department of Electrical Electronics Engineering at the Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University in Turkey. His research interests include biomedical signal processing, nonlinear dynamics, chaos and fractals in biomedical system, optimization techniques, artificial intelligence, system identification, adaptive control, and robotic systems.
