Dr. Antonina Karlina is a highly accomplished researcher and leading expert in metallurgy, materials science, mechanical engineering, and industrial technologies. She has contributed extensively to advancements in metallurgical waste management, corrosion studies, steel processing, mechatronics, and energy-efficient production solutions.

Her work includes major industrial and academic projects such as development of heavy-duty aluminum technologies, heat-treatment optimization of steel grinding balls, improvement of rail steel properties, microwave-plasma systems for oil-engine monitoring, and innovative concrete technology using metallurgical waste.

Dr. Karlina has authored 289 publications, including 122 Scopus-indexed papers, 75 Web of Science articles, 9 patents, and 5 monographs.
