Dr Neong Shuet Ching is a recognised Physician Administrator by the Ministry of Health Malaysia, the Australasian College of Health Services Management, and an International Fellow of the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management, UK. She is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Public Health, UK, an Associate Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Services Management, an International Practitioner of the UK Faculty of Public Health, and a member of the Institute of Health and Social Care Management. Additionally, she is an Associate Member of the Malaysian Public Health Physicians Society, a life member of the Malaysian Society of Doctors in Health Management Services, and a life member of the Malaysian Medical Association (MMA). Dr Neong is passionate and experienced in health management and has published multiple international publications, especially on emotional intelligence, health management, and public health in international indexed, peer-reviewed journals. She has presented both oral and poster presentations in the fields of health management and health promotion. She is also the co-author of the international book “Emotional Intelligence and Its Association with Working Environmental Factors and Spiritual Intelligence Among Doctors.” She holds an MBBS from King's College London, University of London; a Master’s in Health Research from the National University of Ireland; a Master’s in Health Management from the University of New South Wales; and a PhD in Community Health (Health Management) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), where she achieved an Excellent Thesis and graduated on time (GOT). With 18 years of experience working as a doctor in both London and Penang, Dr Neong has been carving a niche in public health, particularly in health management. Experienced neurologist with over 10 years of comprehensive expertise in diagnosing and treating neurological conditions in adults. Rogers Namwiyiri is a leading psychologist at C-Care International Hospital Kampala and PhD candidate at Makerere University Kampala. With over 10 years of experience in providing psychotherapy and psychosocial support to patients, I have worked extensively on initiatives to combat stigma and improve access to mental health resources by Ugandans and also providing free counseling services to financially incapacitated patients. Kalayu Mebrahtu Kiros, MSc, is a Lecturer and Head of the Department of Psychiatry at Mekelle University and MHPSS Project Coordinator at HAQI Foundation in Ethiopia. With academic training in psychiatry and community mental health, he has over seven years of experience in clinical practice, program coordination, trauma-informed care and capacity building across post-conflict and humanitarian settings. He has delivered dozens of trainings on MHPSS, GBV, and trauma recovery to diverse professionals across Ethiopia and actively provides outpatient psychiatric care and academic supervision. Kalayu is a published author in the areas of depression, epilepsy, and mental distress, and he serves as a peer reviewer for leading journals, including BMC Psychiatry, Social Psychiatry and Psychiatric Epidemiology, Annals of Medicine and Surgery and Asian Journal of Education and Social Studies. Kalayu’s contributions span across academia, field-based programming, and scientific publishing, making him a strong advocate for integrated mental health services and research in resource-limited and crisis-affected settings.

Dr. Amalia Tri Utami is a Lecturer in the Department of Physiology at the State University of Malang, Indonesia, and a practicing General Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Medicine and Biomedicine from Brawijaya University and completed her Doctorate in Integrative Islamic Religion at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Her research spans physiology, sport medicine, integrative medicine, and alternative therapies using natural products. She has professional experience as a lecturer in both pathology and sports medicine, and as a medical practitioner in emergency and clinical settings. Dr. Utami has published widely in international journals, focusing on innovative therapies, halal medicine, and the intersection of physiology with Islamic integrative approaches.

Born in Catania, Italy, in 1982, Giuseppe Lanza has established a distinguished career in neurology and clinical neurophysiology. After six years of service as Senior Academic Researcher and Associate Professor, he currently holds the position of Full Professor and Dean of Applied Medical Sciences Techniques at the University of Catania. Following graduation with honours in Medicine, Professor Lanza specialized in Neurology and earned an international PhD at the same university. As a Visiting Clinical Research Fellow, he trained at the Department of Neuroscience and the Clinical Neurophysiology Unit of Newcastle University, Newcastle-upon-Tyne (UK). In 2013, he was awarded a Scientific Fellowship by the European Federation of Neurological Societies (EFNS). From 2013 to October 2018, Professor Lanza worked as a Consultant Neurologist at the Oasi Research Institute–IRCCS in Troina, Italy, a Collaborating Center of the World Health Organization, where he now serves as Head of the Clinical Neurophysiology Research Unit. Between 2015 and 2018, he also taught Neurology at the University of Enna (Italy), where he has recently returned to continue teaching activities. Professor Lanza has authored more than 300 publications in internationally indexed peer-reviewed journals and conferences, and actively contributes to the field as an Editor and invited Reviewer for several international journals. More recently, he obtained a Master of Science in Clinical Research and received an international award for translational research in Sleep Medicine. To date, Professor Lanza has achieved a Scopus h-index of 45 with approximately 4,500 citations, underscoring his significant impact on the global scientific community.

Mahboubeh Manouchehrabadi is a PhD student in neuroscience at the Tehran University of Medical Sciences. Her main research interests include neuroscience, developmental biology, and behavioral studies, and she is a qualified researcher, has research (in vitro and in vivo) and teaching experience in the higher education sector, and holds extensive research on Parkinson's Disease.
