Kalayu Mebrahtu Kiros, MSc, is a Lecturer and Head of the Department of Psychiatry at Mekelle University and MHPSS Project Coordinator at HAQI Foundation in Ethiopia. With academic training in psychiatry and community mental health, he has over seven years of experience in clinical practice, program coordination, trauma-informed care and capacity building across post-conflict and humanitarian settings. He has delivered dozens of trainings on MHPSS, GBV, and trauma recovery to diverse professionals across Ethiopia and actively provides outpatient psychiatric care and academic supervision. Dr. Amalia Tri Utami is a Lecturer in the Department of Physiology at the State University of Malang, Indonesia, and a practicing General Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Medicine and Biomedicine from Brawijaya University and completed her Doctorate in Integrative Islamic Religion at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Her research spans physiology, sport medicine, integrative medicine, and alternative therapies using natural products. She has professional experience as a lecturer in both pathology and sports medicine, and as a medical practitioner in emergency and clinical settings. Born in Catania, Italy, in 1982, Giuseppe Lanza has established a distinguished career in neurology and clinical neurophysiology. After six years of service as Senior Academic Researcher and Associate Professor, he currently holds the position of Full Professor and Dean of Applied Medical Sciences Techniques at the University of Catania. Following graduation with honours in Medicine, Professor Lanza specialized in Neurology and earned an international PhD at the same university. As a Visiting Clinical Research Fellow, he trained at the Department of Neuroscience and the Clinical Neurophysiology Unit of Newcastle University, Newcastle-upon-Tyne (UK). In 2013, he was awarded a Scientific Fellowship by the European Federation of Neurological Societies (EFNS). From 2013 to October 2018, Professor Lanza worked as a Consultant Neurologist at the Oasi Research Institute–IRCCS in Troina, Italy, a Collaborating Center of the World Health Organization, where he now serves as Head of the Clinical Neurophysiology Research Unit. Between 2015 and 2018, he also taught Neurology at the University of Enna (Italy), where he has recently returned to continue teaching activities. Professor Lanza has authored more than 300 publications in internationally indexed peer-reviewed journals and conferences, and actively contributes to the field as an Editor and invited Reviewer for several international journals. More recently, he obtained a Master of Science in Clinical Research and received an international award for translational research in Sleep Medicine.
