editorial office, and approval is granted solely at the discretion of the editorial and publishing
team.
- If a withdrawal request is submitted after the completion of peer review or following editorial
acceptance, the journal reserves the right to impose administrative or processing charges. This is
due to the substantial editorial, reviewer, and production resources already invested in the
manuscript.

has been paid in full, the manuscript becomes part of the permanent scholarly record. At this
stage, withdrawals are not permitted, and APC payments are strictly non-refundable under any
circumstances.
- Manuscript withdrawal is permitted only when supported by valid ethical justifications and
genuine intent. Unethical practices including but not limited to duplicate or simultaneous
submissions, withdrawal requests made after acceptance without reasonable cause, or repeated
misuse of the withdrawal process may result in serious actions. These actions may include
rejection or retraction of current submissions, restriction, or suspension of future submissions,
and blacklisting of the authors at the journal or publisher level.
