We align with COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics), support the World Association of Medical Editors' stance on editorial independence, and follow the ICMJE Recommendations for ethical and professional scholarly publishing. By submitting to Confmeets, authors agree to adhere to our ethical policies and manuscript preparation guidelines.
Submission & Editorial Process
Confmeets leverages advanced editorial tracking technology for fast and seamless submissions. Authors can upload manuscripts, monitor progress, and receive real-time updates. Editors, reviewers, and publishers also manage review, revisions, and decisions through the platform. Confmeets is an independent open-access publisher. We are not institutionally or government-funded. Author contributions through Article Processing Charges (APCs) support operations, peer review, editorial quality, and global accessibility of research.
Important Author Responsibilities
- Original Work Only: We only consider completely original works with no parallel submissions to other publishers.
- Reuse of previous text or data must be avoided unless properly cited and approved.
- Authors are responsible for ensuring all figures, data, and materials are original or appropriately licensed.
- Co-authors must have made significant contributions and be fully accountable for the work.
- Data Transparency: Authors should provide raw data or supporting documents if requested.
- Research involving human or animal subjects must have proper ethical clearance and informed consent.
- Full Disclosure: All funding sources and potential conflicts of interest must be clearly stated.
Types of Articles Accepted
Confmeets Journals publishes a wide range of scholarly works:
- Research Articles (2,500-9,500 words): Original studies including methods, data, analysis, and conclusions. Conflict of Interest: Mandatory disclosure of any competing interests.
- Review Articles (1,500-6,000 words): Summarizes existing research, highlights gaps, and proposes future directions.
- Case Reports (1,000-2,000 words): In-depth reports on clinical or experimental cases including symptoms, treatment, and follow-up.
- Commentaries/Perspectives (1,000-1,800 words): Scholarly opinions or insights on emerging issues or published research.
- Editorials (900-1,200 words): Expert viewpoints on timely topics, usually written by senior scholars or invited editors.
- Short Communications (500-1,000 words): Concise reports or brief findings supported by reliable data.
- Letters to the Editor (500-1,000 words): Reader opinions, suggestions, or clarifications in response to published articles.
- Disputes & Misconduct: Scientific misconduct or copyright violations are reviewed thoroughly. The Editor-in-Chief reserves the right to reject or blacklist submissions in breach of ethical standards.
Manuscript Preparation Guidelines
Format:
- File type: MS Word (.doc/.docx)
- Font: Manuscripts must use Times New Roman (12 pt) with double spacing
- Formatting: Maintain 1-inch (2.54 cm) margins on all sides
- Include figures, tables, references, and legends inline
Cover Letter:
- Must confirm originality, compliance with ethical standards, and collective author responsibility. Signed by the corresponding author.
Title Page:
- Full title and running head (max 50 characters)
- Author names and affiliations
- Contact details for the corresponding author
- Author contribution details
Abstract & Keywords:
- Abstract (≤500 words) summarizing objective, methods, findings, and conclusions. Include 5 relevant keywords.
Main Sections:
- Introduction - Context, rationale, and research aims
- Materials & Methods - Detailed methodology for reproducibility
- Results - Objective presentation of findings
- Discussion & Analysis - Interpretation and comparison with existing literature
- Conclusion - Summary of key insights and their implications
- Limitations & Future Directions - Transparency in study scope and guidance for future research
Visuals:
- Tables in Excel format
- Figures in high-resolution JPEG
- Graphs in Word or Excel
- Include legends/captions for all visuals

Confmeets follows the Chicago Style referencing format. Cite books, articles, theses, and media correctly. For examples, refer to: Chicago Citation Guide
Additional Sections:
- Acknowledgments: Recognize contributors, institutions, and funders
- Author Integrity: Declare any financial or professional ties that could influence the research
- Appendices: Include any additional tools or documentation
- Glossary/Abbreviations: Clarify technical terms and acronyms
