Manuscript Preparation

A properly prepared manuscript enables a smoother review and publication process. Please structure your submission as follows:

1. Manuscript Structure

• Title Page including:
  • Concise and informative title.
  • Full names of all authors.
  • Affiliations (Department, Institution, City, Country).
  • Corresponding author details including email address and ORCID iD.
• Abstract & Keywords:
  • Structured abstract (250-300 words): Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
  • Provide 5-8 relevant keywords.
• Main Text: Organize under sections such as Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
• Acknowledgments (Optional): Recognize contributions not qualifying for authorship.
• References: Ensure complete and properly formatted citations based on the specific Confmeets journal style.
• Figures & Tables:
  • Number sequentially (Figure 1, Table 1, etc.).
  • Include descriptive captions.
  • Place near related text discussion.

2. Formatting & Technical Specifications

• File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
• Language: English
• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
• Spacing: Double-spaced with 1-inch (2.54 cm) margins
• Heading Levels: Maximum of three
• Define all abbreviations at first use
• Use SI units for measurements
• Use native table builder (avoid images of tables)
• Submit additional datasets or media as PDF, MP4, AVI, XLS/XLSX, or ZIP

3. Ethical & Legal Requirements

• Originality: Work must be original and not under review elsewhere.
• Copyright: Authors retain copyright and grant Confmeets Publishing an exclusive license to publish under Creative Commons (typically CC BY-NC).
• Authorship: Only contributors with significant intellectual involvement should be listed.
• Conflict of Interest: All financial or personal relationships must be disclosed.
• Ethical Compliance: Include ethical approval statements and consent confirmations for studies involving humans or animals.
