Dr. Cristian Iuliu Mihail Iorga is a Senior Specialist in General Surgery and Lecturer at the “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Bucharest, Romania. With extensive clinical and academic experience, he currently practices at the Dr. Carol Davila Clinical Nephrology Hospital, where he also serves as Head of the Surgery Department. He holds an MD and a PhD in Medical Sciences and has completed multiple complementary certifications in laparoscopic surgery, oncologic surgery, ultrasound, and endoscopy. Dr. Iorga has held leadership roles including Medical Director and General Manager at major clinical institutions. He is actively involved in teaching, research supervision, and clinical training of medical students and residents.
