Scope and Mission

Journal of Analytical Chemistry (jacc) is an international, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing knowledge and research across all facets of Analytical Chemistry.As a premier publication under Confmeets Individual Journals, jacc serves as a dynamic platform for high-quality research in Analytical Chemistry, Manuscript Submission, Author Guidelines, Chromatography, Spectroscopy, Mass Spectrometry, Electrochemical Analysis, Chemical Analysis, Analytical Techniques, Lab Methods . We welcome innovative, scientifically rigorous contributions that drive interdisciplinary discourse and offer meaningful clinical or theoretical advancements in the field.

Manuscript Submission Process

Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts via our official online submission portal or by emailing editorialoffice@confmeets.net. Upon receipt, the corresponding author will receive a unique manuscript ID within three (3) business days for tracking and correspondence.

Note: Authors bear full responsibility for the originality, authenticity, and ethical integrity of their submitted work.

Compliance with Public Access Policies

In alignment with the NIH Public Access Policy, jacc automatically deposits NIH-funded articles into PubMed and PubMed Central upon publication. This policy also extends to research funded by UK Research Councils and the European Union, promoting open access and transparency in scientific dissemination.


Editorial and Peer Review Process

All manuscripts are subject to a structured editorial screening followed by a thorough double-blind peer review process. jacc publishes diverse content, including original research, comprehensive reviews, instructive case reports, expert commentaries, and methodological innovations. Authors are encouraged to enhance their manuscripts with relevant figures, tables, and supplementary materials to improve clarity.

Expedited Review Option (FEE-Based Service)

For authors seeking faster decisions, jacc offers an optional expedited review service:

  • Preliminary Editorial Review: Feedback provided within 3 business days
  • Peer Reviewer Feedback: Within 5 business days
  • Final Editorial Decision: Within 2 business days post-review

Submission Requirements and Formatting Guidelines

Required Documents:

  • Title Page (DOC format): Title, author names, affiliations, and contact details
  • Main Manuscript (DOC): Includes tables (max 2 pages each) at the end
  • Figures: High-resolution (300+ DPI) in JPG, PNG, PPT, or DOC/DOCX
  • Cover Letter (DOC): Summarizes significance, relevance to JPP, and conflict declarations
  • Suggested Reviewers: Two independent experts with contact details

Disclosures and Acknowledgements

  • Acknowledgements: Recognize individuals who contributed to the work but are not listed as authors (written consent must be obtained)
  • Funding Disclosure: Full agency names and grant IDs (if applicable)
  • Conflict of Interest Statement: Disclose any potential biases or state "None to report"

Figures, Tables, and Supplementary Materials

  • Tables: Numbered sequentially (Table 1, Table 2) using MS Word's table function
  • Figures: Figures Submission: Submit all figures as individual files; ensure that figure captions are included within the main manuscript text
  • Supplementary Material: Single PDF for extended data/appendixes

Reference Style and Citations

  • In-text citations: Numbered brackets (e.g., [1], [2])
  • Reference list: List all authors if there are six or fewer; for more than six, include the first six followed by et al.
  • Only published/in-press works; no unpublished data

Editorial Assessment and Revision Process

Manuscripts undergo initial screening for scope, quality, and ethics (~70% proceed to peer review). Revision requests include detailed feedback; resubmissions are due within 7 days (extensions granted exceptionally). Delays may result in withdrawal.


Proofing and Final Publication

Accepted manuscripts receive PDF proofs for final review. Only minor corrections are permitted no content/author changes. Print copies are available upon request


Article Processing Charges (APCs) and Publication Policy

Confmeets Journals follows a gold open access publishing model, ensuring that every accepted manuscript is freely accessible to readers worldwide without subscription barriers. To sustain this model, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applied only after the manuscript has successfully passed peer review and been formally accepted.

There are no submission fees, hidden charges, or additional costs beyond the stated APC.
