Our goal is to provide a transparent, efficient, and author-friendly publication experience while maintaining the highest standards of scholarly peer review.

Editorial Tracking Platform

The Confmeets Editorial Tracking System enables registered users to access real-time information regarding manuscript progress.

Through the platform, authors can:

  • Submit new manuscripts.
  • Receive a unique manuscript identification number.
  • Monitor editorial and peer-review progress.
  • Upload revised versions of manuscripts.
  • Access editorial communications.
  • Receive status updates and notifications.
  • Review decision letters and reviewer comments.
  • Track publication progress after acceptance.

Authors are encouraged to retain their manuscript identification number for future correspondence and tracking purposes.

Manuscript Processing Workflow

Every submission follows a structured editorial workflow designed to ensure scientific quality, ethical compliance, and timely publication.

Step 1: Manuscript Submission

Authors submit their manuscript through the Editorial Tracking System along with all required supporting documents.

Step 2: Initial Quality Assessment

The Editorial Office conducts preliminary checks to verify:

  • Journal scope suitability.
  • Manuscript completeness.
  • Formatting compliance.
  • Ethical declarations.
  • Plagiarism screening.
  • Required documentation.

Manuscripts requiring corrections may be returned to authors before peer review.

Step 3: Editorial Evaluation

The Editor-in-Chief or assigned Section Editor evaluates the submission for scientific relevance, originality, and suitability for external review.

Step 4: Peer Review

Eligible manuscripts are assigned to qualified independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the subject area.

Reviewers evaluate:

  • Scientific merit.
  • Methodological rigor.
  • Originality.
  • Ethical compliance.
  • Clarity and presentation.
  • Contribution to the field.

Step 5: Editorial Decision

Following peer review, the Handling Editor evaluates reports and makes an editorial recommendation. The Editor-in-Chief or a formally delegated independent editor authorized by the journal makes the final publication decision.

Step 6: Author Revision

Where revisions are requested, authors submit revised files and detailed responses to reviewer comments through the tracking platform.

Step 7: Final Evaluation

Revised manuscripts may undergo further editorial assessment or additional peer review before a final decision is reached.

Step 8: Acceptance

Accepted manuscripts proceed to production and publication preparation.

Step 9: Production and Proofing

Authors receive publication proofs for final review and approval.

Step 10: DOI Registration and Publication

Following final approval, the article is published online and assigned a DOI for permanent citation and accessibility.
