Abhishek Konar is a research scholar in biotechnology at Seacom Skills University, West Bengal, India. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Biotechnology (since 2022) and holds an M.Sc. in Botany with specialization in Molecular Plant Physiology and Molecular Genetics, in which he secured First Class First and was awarded the Gold Medal. He also earned his B.Sc. degree in Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, and Environmental Science from The University of Burdwan.His research expertise spans Environmental Science, Biotechnology, Nanobiotechnology, Medicinal Plant Research, Food and Nutrition Science, Bioactivity, DNA Sequencing Data Analysis, and Pharmacovigilance. He has made significant academic contributions with 23 research and review journal publications and 16 book chapters published with reputed international publishers, including Elsevier, Springer Nature, Wiley, and Taylor & Francis. Abhishek Konar serves as an Editorial Board Member of MedExillence International Journal of Pharmacy and Life Sciences (MIJPLS) and as a Reviewer for the European Journal of Nutrition & Food Safety. He is also a recipient of multiple professional certifications, including DNA Sequencing Data Analysis and Pharmacovigilance. Actively involved in scientific conferences, he has presented his research at several national and international academic platforms. His work focuses on advancing sustainable biotechnology, medicinal plant applications, and environmental research.
