Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohamad Alsaleh is an Associate Professor at the School of Economics and Management, Shanghai Ocean University, China. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Universiti Putra Malaysia. His academic expertise spans Environmental and Marine Economics, Renewable Energy, Bioenergy, and Sustainable Development. Dr. Alsaleh has served as a reviewer for several leading journals, including Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews, Energy & Environment, and Marine Pollution Bulletin. He has received multiple international awards, such as the Changjiang Young Scholar Award and recognition as one of the Top 0.05% of Scholars Worldwide (Scholar GPS, USA). Like Prof. Muhammad Abdul-Rahim, Dr. Zubair Ahmed, and Prof. Wang Xia, he has made remarkable contributions to the fields of blue economy, aquaculture sustainability, and environmental risk analysis.
