Nikolaos Avrantinis is a geologist and researcher with a multidisciplinary background in geological sciences, petroleum engineering, chemical engineering, and robotics. He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College London. His academic foundation began with a geology degree from the University of Patras, where he is currently a postdoctoral researcher focusing on geophysical methods for CRM identification. Nikolaos combines field expertise with advanced data analysis and modeling tools, with experience ranging from geological sensing techniques to robotic systems. He has also served as a scientific diver and maintains a strong interest in cave exploration and diving. Fluent in Greek and English, he brings a unique blend of technical skills and hands-on field experience to his research. Nikolaos is passionate about applying innovative, low-cost technologies to geological exploration, particularly in challenging environments.
