Dr. Mohammad Moaaz Kidwai is an Interventional Pediatric Cardiologist with 10 years of experience, currently serving as Assistant Professor in the Department of Cardiology at Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College and Hospital, Aligarh Muslim University, India. He obtained his Doctorate of National Board (DrNB) in Pediatric Cardiology from Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, New Delhi, following completion of DNB Pediatrics and Diploma in Child Health (DCH) from AMU, Aligarh. Dr. Kidwai’s clinical expertise encompasses the diagnosis and management of congenital and acquired cardiac diseases in children and adults with congenital heart defects. He has independently performed a wide range of diagnostic and interventional procedures. His research contributions include multiple publications in national and international journals, and he serves as a reviewer for several peer-reviewed journals. He is a Fellow of the Pediatric and Congenital Interventional Cardiovascular Society (FPICS) and a member of the American College of Cardiology, Pediatric Cardiac Society of India, and Association for European Pediatric and Congenital Cardiology (AEPC). Dr. Kidwai is actively involved in the teaching and training of DM Cardiology residents, and has contributed significantly to the initiation of the FNB Interventional Cardiology course and the expansion of DM Cardiology seats in the Department of Cardiology at AMU.
