Dr. Fawze Alnadari is a Principal Researcher and Head of the Functional Protein Laboratory and Supramolecular Laboratory at the Research and Development Center of Jiangsu Tianmeijian Nature Bioengineering. He holds a Ph.D. from Nanjing Agricultural University. His work is targeted explicitly at discovering and characterizing bioactive peptides and nutrients from sources like bovine colostrum, with demonstrated anti-aging, anticancer, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial activities. This translational research is directly applied to developing next-generation products for the global food and nutrition industries. A prolific author, Dr. Alnadari has published over 40 SCI-indexed papers in top-tier journals spanning food science, nutrition, and bioengineering. His inventive and practical approach to research is further validated by his role as an inventor on 7 patents (as first named inventor), protecting novel methodologies and applications derived from his work.
