Biography -

Dr. Fawze Alnadari is a Principal Researcher and Head of the Functional Protein Laboratory and Supramolecular Laboratory at the Research and Development Center of Jiangsu Tianmeijian Nature Bioengineering. He holds a Ph.D. from Nanjing Agricultural University. His work is targeted explicitly at discovering and characterizing bioactive peptides and nutrients from sources like bovine colostrum, with demonstrated anti-aging, anticancer, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial activities. This translational research is directly applied to developing next-generation products for the global food and nutrition industries. A prolific author, Dr. Alnadari has published over 40 SCI-indexed papers in top-tier journals spanning food science, nutrition, and bioengineering. His inventive and practical approach to research is further validated by his role as an inventor on 7 patents (as first named inventor), protecting novel methodologies and applications derived from his work. He also contributes to the scientific community as an editorial board member for several international journals, including the NL Journal of Agriculture and Biotechnology, Acta Scientific Agriculture, and the Journal of Mycology & Mycological Sciences.
