- Explicit author contribution statement
- Signed conflict of interest declaration form
- Documentation of ethics approval and informed consent (if applicable)
- Detailed funding declaration, including grant numbers
- Figures and tables as separate high-resolution files (if required by the system)

Crafting an Effective Cover Letter
A compelling cover letter is a critical component of the submission. It should:
- Clearly state the manuscript's title and article type.
- Concisely summarize the principal findings and, most importantly, the novel, significant advancement the work provides to the field (in 3-5 sentences).
- Provide a cogent argument for why the manuscript is an ideal fit for Confmeets Publishing and its audience.
- Explicitly confirm the manuscript's originality, that it is not under consideration elsewhere, and that all authors have approved the submission.
- Disclose any prior dissemination (e.g., preprints, conference proceedings) with relevant links or citations.
- Provide the corresponding author's contact information and may include suggestions for potential reviewers (with expertise and justification) and any reviewers to be excluded with a valid reason.
